Is your life packed to the rafters with things to do and places to be?
Do you find yourself feeling behind as you wake up?
Did you even get a good night’s rest?
Are you able to breathe into the present moments in front of you?
Take walks in the forest?
I understand.
No worries.
You’re doing the best you can right now.
It’s a start you’re reading this.
I’m glad you’re here!
With a few small tweaks, you can make space for living.
Really.
There was a time I zoomed through life. I may have even brushed against you in my rush to get to an appointment.
Yep…running late was my middle name. Adrenalin was my secret weapon.
Now my life has a completely different rhythm.
I can usually plan my calendar so I don’t need to rush anywhere.
Adrenalin and I have, for the most part, said our farewells.
This way of living takes into account being awake to the moment in front of me.
Time opens up.
I inhale sunrises, watch birds swoop in for seed.
My partner Ben and I visit the forest regularly.
I breathe into my center before a client arrives, asking Spirit for wisdom to enjoy a rich session.
My calm manner feeds my soul and the soul of those who come to be served.
This reminds me of one client who was the Queen of multi-tasking, until she started to add breath into her tasks.
Simply taking a deep breath before throwing in a load of laundry started her on a path to add space into her living.
Now she’s on a journey to add more and more present moments with her family. And her goal is in reach…to have fun with them.
To bring joy into the family system.
It’s one thing to run a tight ship, and to accomplish a lot every day.
It’s another thing to be productive AND to breathe some joy into your life, every day.
How much breath and joy swirl in your world?
