In this small town in the mountains of North Carolina, there’s a wise, spiritual teacher shining, and I’m taking advantage of just about all she offers.
This dear soul we’ll call Anna may not live years longer.
Not because she’s not healthy.
But because Anna has an understanding that she may not be here lots more years, and because she approaches her eighth decade.
So I’ve made it my goal to support her in times of need, to spend time with her when I can, and to receive all the gifts of her deep faith in the mysteries of the unseen world.

We have to learn to take care of ourselves and of our child within.
