How often have you mentioned to a friend that you’re clearing out an area of your home? She or he listens, relating with ease, for many of us have a bit of clutter around.
We may have items from our children, or boxes of photos from a parent who’s passed away.
Or maybe we bought too many items at some point, and we’re out of balance with how much came in while too little went out.
Personally, though I’m not stressing over it, there are a few spots in our house I will engage with soon, and I look forward to these areas being freed up.
Less is more.
Less is more with external items, and it’s the same internally.
Years ago, a blind woman I know told me my aura was like a fuzzy television set…ouch.
I didn’t like her remark, but I understood.
A lot was happening in my life…I think my marriage was balancing on a cliff, so it made sense that my energy field struck her as chaotic.
Last night, a man in a book study, Daring Greatly by Brene Brown, tells me that my energy is lovely.
I smile, mentioning I’ve been told that before.
Peace.
Joy.
Love.
Serenity.
These traits are in me, and when I move into the world, they communicate.
Wow.
So crazy and wonderful to write that.
And humbling.
Me?
Being Joy in new ways.
Past the shame, blame, wounds, judgments, anger, abandonment…
I’m becoming the divine/human being I’d longed to become…free from internal clutter…peaceful.
Who knew?
That being in this place truly would create in me a serene Presence that speaks without words.
Nice.
You, dear one.
You, and your journey.
How chaotic is your internal clutter?
What weighs you down with unhealed emotions?
How clear or scattered is your energy?
Write down everything you believe is in the way of your clear energy field.
Consider your list.
What one thing on that list can you affect first?
What is yours to heal?
What is yours to release?
What is yours to transform?
Freedom.
The prize you receive is this freedom from angst, and this new way of smiling often for no reason, other than in praise for being at peace.
